Life is movement – enjoy the sports program at the OHHW 2019
We will start each day at the conference with a short sports program for attendees.
Tuesday, 22nd 7:30 – 8:00 Wake up with breathing exercises and bodywork
Wednesday, 23rd 7:30 – 8:00 Boost your energy for the day with Pilates
Thursday, 24th 7:30 – 8:00 Yoga and good vibrations to take home with you
All levels are welcome.
If you want to participate, meet our coach Danijela at 7:20 at the Conference Desk, Grand Elysée Hamburg Hotel.
Danijela Hellwinkel, a qualified Personal & Group Fitness Trainer, will be your coach during the morning classes. She is an experienced, competent and sensitive trainer who owns a successful gym in Hamburg.
If the weather is good, she will take you outside to the “Aussenalster”, a beautiful lake in the center of our town, quite close to the hotel. Otherwise we will use the facilities of the Grand Elysée, so that you won’t be exposed to the typical Hamburger drizzle.
Enjoy an energetic start to your conference day and don’t forget to pack your sneakers and some sportswear!
